Yes I started just last Thursday, on the 10th. And not being able to draw shoes as a fashion designer is no problem at all. If you were going into footwear it'd be different but in FD the garment(s) are more important than shoes, so you really have nothing to worry about!

Oh yea, if you wanna go to LA expect snobby rich people and crowed classes (but super awesome pretty buildings), if you wanna go to S.F expect friendly small classes and small/small/tiny campus.

I don't think that would affect anything. I have never done any shoe designs for my garments. If you are into fashion design, shoes design is not really important.}
